measurements in photo, frame not included, it has tiny metal rod at the top and bottom however the top one came off when taken out of frame, there is some discoloration and small tears on parts that were hidden by frame but framed it still is in excellent shape. Great for the Burlington Northern Collector or for a train person born in 1973....used to be in a train station.
