A Fantastic Large Antique 1020 / 1930s railway postal sack from the London North East Railway Co (LNER) Made in weighty burlap with bold stencilled lettering across both sides. It’s amazing to think this sack undoubtedly traveled regularly on steam trains ! Condition: V good. Strong and still in usable condition. Dusty and dirty from its previous use and time. Many patches and repairs across the sack (which only add to its impressive appearance)!
