Here are the gritty bits: there is no axle/wheelset on the front bogie. The driving rod at one side is not screwed in place and I would guess that one of the driving wheels may need re-quartering. Finally, applying power to the wheelsets does not make the motor turn - this may simply be a wire that is missing/disconnected.
