Features a drawing in colour of a building on a blue background, one of the seven skyscrapers in Moscow designed in the Stalinist style, designed by Arkady Mordvinov and Vyacheslav Oltarzhevsky, the leading Soviet expert on steel-framed highrise construction, opened in 1957.
