This is a May 1953 Delaware Lackawana & Western DL&W Railroad Co. Rules and Rates of Pay for Locomotive Engineers, Firemen, and Hostiers Book. It has some markings throughout and a time return and delay report form in the back from 7/5/1953. A very cool find. See photos for details.
