To use the amplifier, connect the common positive from the decoder (usually the blue wire) to the DC pad, the black decoder wire to the GND pad, the low power logic level AUX3 and AUX4 outputs from the decoder to the F3L and F4L pads, and the amplified negative outputs are then taken from the OUT3 and OUT4 pads.
