Can be used on any shape, cut out the shape on a reasonably thick bit of material, for instance cardboard, or I use vinyl flooring material. Then cut a strip of curb and attach it round the side and pressing firmly in place, the curb is 0.3 cm wide so the top will be 0.3 cm minus the thickness of the material you use.
