Instructions state these are for BRITISH RAILWAYS steam era Locomotive & Coach Insignia but that is a HMRS typo as these are decals for the BR blue era (Inter City and Double Arrows). HMRS state these are PRESSFIX transfers and the sheet underneath its protective layer is still nice and tacky to the touch.
