Very nice B of LE union ribbon, with badges, for Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers Division 401, Roanoke, VA, to Engineer Jos. H. Sands. I guess he had to have worked for the Norfolk & Western or Virginian RR. Very good condition. Measures about 9 x 2-3/8.
