Nice Patina. I've had several but never with a strap. Looks to be original and old, possible from mail bag?? You decide. Strap is 33" long from end rind to end ring. Maybe wrapped around the bag? Strap would be valuable to complete a set. Find another? No key so lock is untested. Buyer pays shipping. Thanks.
