O9 - Heywood Tram Engine "Arthur" - Body Kit. "Arthur" is a tramway locomotive in the style of Sir Arthur Heywood locomotives for use on minimum gauge tramways and mineral lines. To that end, many would have to be adapted to suit, thus the Heywood Tram.
