Fully functioning and tested. Train works, Light works, train sound and smoke blows out the top when filled with oil. Train is in good condition, see photos for cosmetic details. There is some snapped plastic, which you can see in photos on the carriage connecting the roof and also some pipe snapped/missing on the side. Box is in bad condition. Batteries not included.
