The model is based on the Booth Permanent Way Crane built for the British Rail Western Region in the 1950s. Transfers for the Booth Crane are available from Cambridge Custom Transfers. I have scaled this to 1/76 as it is designed to work with the kit but it could be scaled to suit other needs.
