Not sure of the brand as can find no makers mark under the engine, so took as many pictures as possible hoping someone can identify it. This is unboxed and in a used condition with general age related marks. It has been tested and initially it set off slowly but then stopped and gave off a slight whistling sound, then did not move but gave off and electrical drone noise when stationary.
