Original BR (W) Swindon Works Athletics Association large club shield. The shield measures 13 3/4 inches max width by 12 1/4 inches max height (approx). It is in very good used condition and does show signs of age - slight paint deterioration. I am told it was made at the works for the association’s club house. It is a one off - no one is going to have another one, made at Swindon for use at Swindon. Please see the photographs which form an important part of the description.
