The book is a softcover, 9 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 5/8", 323+ page book. As the pictures show, it was never assigned to an employee, which makes it rather rare. The ICC, with urging by PRR President Stuart T. Saunders, wanted the PRR to absorb the NYC.
