Up for auction original vintage Pennsylvania Railroad small platter with Purple Laurel pattern. Backstop: Scammell's Lamberton China 'PRR' Design Patented John Wanamaker. Dimensions: 9 7/16 inches in length x 6 9/16 inches diameter. Condition: heavy utensil marks which leave a mostly dull surface finish, no chips and no cracks. I tried showing the surface of the platter with utensil marks and dull finish by showing light reflected in a detail photo. My Wife and I have been collecting railroad china for many, one the more interesting railroad antique collectibles; we are slimming down a few pieces over the coming week. Thanks for looking.
