This really nice HO gauge two car set by Piko is a DR BR185 & BR195 Triebwagenzug / Diesel Rail car set, the cars have running numbers 185 004-9 and 195 614-3. They were produced as a series version of the DR 137 028 to 030 by the Wismar wagon factory in 15 copies.
