This is a true one of a kind, PURCHASED FROM ESTATE SERVICE LOCATED IN RAILROAD CAPITAL OF THE WORLD ALTOONA PA. Usually made with brass screws at mounting holes, this was accented with costume type jewelry. Just saw one listed as one of a kind so had to increase that number. Made in Altoona Works Juniata Locomotive Shops during Penn Central-Conrail era. A few were made by the talented craftsman in shop, first there was a template so they were carefully bent and then hardware added. I have listed another rare one on another auction.
