This was a circuit board inside of a railroad crossing gate signal control box. It came from a crossing gate outside Atlanta Georgia on a Norfolk Southern Line. The gentleman that worked for the railroad on the crossing signals told me that the circuit board was a lightning arrestor in case the rail got struck by lightning it wouldn't mess up the rest of the circuits. I dont have any way to test it.
