Railway Inspectors report on this derailment , involving 11 fatalities, resulting from excessive speed through a crossover. 21 x 32 cms pages plus  3 pullouts - one of the track  layout and a diagram of the locomotive involved another of the  disposition of loco and coaches following  the derailment and another of a trial run with a similar Britannia Class loco and WR ATC equipment.
