Slide your motif from the backing paper to the desired location and carefully brush over it with a fine brush to remove any air bubbles trapped underneath. On uneven, curved or textured surfaces, use warm to hot water to soften the decal. On very structured or curved surfaces, carefully brush diluted methyl alcohol or setting solution onto the decal with a fine brush to make it even softer. If necessary, dilute the alcohol/setting solution with water to avoid too strong a reaction to the decal. If necessary, it is possible to cover the model with clear varnish after the decals have been applied.
