The product is a rare 1960s Neo Flasher Railroad Warning Light Model No. 1-100 RFR. This collectible transportation item is a collectible piece only. It has rust and corrosion and does not work. Possibly used for spare ports or repair. Pulled from an old attic, this needs a cleaning if the collector prefers that. I will not clean it incase any collector prefers the patina.
