Great Northern Railway Card Advertising Rule. It measures 9 inches wide and just under 1 inch in height. The rule is in generally good condition but may have started life as a 12 inch rule - I couldn’t find anything on the internet to compare it against. There age marks and it is faded on the section - a good rule. An incredibly rare survivor as it is made from very thin card and clearly to be cheap and not long lasting.
