Good condition with very clear "SCC" and "BILL" lettering. This is the rare clockwork version produced by Hornby in the late 90s, not the more common electric model. One of the front buffers is missing. Because I don’t have a key, I’ve not been able to test the mechanism. There is no key included. While clockwork, this is OO Gauge scale and is designed to run on standard Hornby or Bachmann metal rails.
