RARE PATTERN LMS WATER CAPACITY PLATE 4000 GALLONS

This is an interesting 4000 gallon plate, totally different to the common varieties--differences shown in the last picture. I would be interested if anyone can shed further light to this. Nevertheless an unusual and rare variant.
