The product is a rare vintage 1980's lot of Norfolk Southern Track Warrant, issued in June 1988, with a form date of 1/89 and form number 113699, Kershaw FRA Track Safety Standards (1984) and Norfolk Southern Maintenance Department Maintaining Track Stability booklet (January 1, 1987). These NS items are in excellent condition and the Track Warrant book looks to be un-used. Thanks for looking!
