The book has two dates: the section pertaining to salary rates was effective November 1, 1956, and the rules were effective July 1, 1957. The rule book also addresses such topics as overtime, terminal switching, promotion, seniority, discipline, claims, assignments, pilot trains, classes of service, circus trains, crew calls, extra board, runarounds, more.
