Untested other than turning and watching the valve needle move and the clean out linkage move. Sold as is. The clean out looks like it's missing the needle if it's supposed to be like a Coleman clean out. The valve doesn't seem to have the same type of spline for the knob as others I've seen. It seemed to just be pressed on. The knob is sold separately, but I'll refund shipping on the knob if shipped with the valve. I will also likeky list a few other parts soon.
