Condition is Near Fine. Very small crease on back, bottom outside corner. No other condition issues noted. Copy is signed on by author on title page. Book measures 10.5" x 8", 97 pages. Lots of photos and a large fold out photo on inside of back page. The book will be shipped in cardboard wraps inside of bubble mailer.
