This is a detailed static model of a world locomotive placed on a plinth. I am not sure of make but it could be an “Atlas” product. The gauge is certainly smaller than OO and HO and it looks like 1:100 but that’s just a guess. The type of loco is clearly indicated. The item is in very good condition and would suit a rail enthusiast who does not have a working layout, or even one who does.
