“The Lynton and Barnstaple, Measured & Drawn, 2012, Signed By Stephen D. Phillips." If you’re looking at this you probably know what it is, how brilliant it is and how difficult it is to find. Mine is only very lightly used, it’s generally only been opened to admire it! There is one small rip in the dust jacket and a little shelf marking, both clearly shown in the last two pictures.
