As pictured, the bare chassis has a cowcatcher but it is missing from the loco. The cabs on these Toy Story locos are often fairly loosely fitted, so might require a spot of glue. Either the loco's gear is slipping, or the gear in the bare chassis is worn, but one of the gears will be fine.
