Selling "as is", both are untested. Previous owner used them when his kids were much smaller. One has been updated sometime in the past with a wick holding kit, the second flare has a rusted wick assembly and broken compared to the first. I used a small broom head to clean up a little surface rust so the flares could look a little nicer for picture taking. Although the bottoms are a bit rusty they look solid enough to hold fluid. No apparent rust holes showing for leaking. Priced correctly for a quick sale.
