Saracen Works - Glasgow. Generally in good condition. No evidence of cracks, bending or previous restoration. Foundry mark to rear is worn but known to be that of Walter MacFarlane & Co of Glasgow. A nice example of a cast iron penalty sign for leaving open a railway gate.
