The signal has been manually tested and does operate by hand, one of the switches feels a little loose. All are in fairly used condition, showing signs of age such as paint flaking in places. One of the bases, for one of the sign holders, is missing a peice and therefore won't stand on its own (could easily be secured to a layout).
