Vintage Baltimore & Ohio Railroad "Centenary" pattern 6 1/2” plate depicting the Thomas Viaduct. Design: Produced in blue and white, this china commemorates Maryland scenes and the B&O Railroad's 100th anniversary. The “Centenery” pattern was used in B&O railroad dining car service from 1927-1971. Scene: The central image showcases the historic Thomas Viaduct, famously laid on July 4, 1829. Condition: very good with very minor signs of usage in the center indicating this piece was used in dining car service—see last photo. No chips or cracks. Manufacturer: Scammell's Lamberton China.
