Vintage British Railways (B.R.) hand signal lamp dating to the mid-20th century (circa 1940s–1960s). Original black metal railway lantern with carry handle and internal oil/paraffin burner. Features coloured signal lenses (red, blue and clear), used historically by railway staff for signalling. Stamped “B.R.” indicating British Railways use. Condition: Shows age-related wear including marks, light rust and patina consistent with its age and use. Glass lenses are intact but slightly dusty/cloudy. Untested and sold as seen.
