Vintage Dietz No 40 Traffic Gard Fresnel Globe Red Lantern Lamp. Early to mid century (has Syracuse NY on top) used to signal roadside work areas. Measures approx 8" tall without hanging handle, 16" with handle up, base 7" diameter. Has original Dietz red fresnel glass (I don't see any cracks). Pre-owned has wear and dents on base.
