This Dietz New York Central System Railroad Lantern is 10 inches tall without the handle. The cage is 6 inches in diameter at the bottom. The lantern has been converted to gas and then electric. It is untested. There is currently a bulb in the lantern. It is tight in the socket. The cord is frayed and will need to be replaced. There is no handle to this lantern, there is a thin piece of wire. The globe is stamped CNX NYC LINES. There is some etching to the glass on the upper part of the globe as shown in the photos.
