This book is in decent used condition with minimum wear. It is very large measuring approximately 130 pages plus an additional 10 or so index pages on the back. I'm not seeing a whole lot of writing or rips or tears, but do not expect mint condition. A great addition to any railroad collectors collection. If you have any questions please ask.
