The Railroad tie plate along with the two spikes are all in good condition. There is some spotty rust, some paint splotches and such are present. Looks like couple spots of epoxy on it too. Embossed on it are the initials, S.C with what looks like a 9 after that, but it might be a symbol too, it's hard to see, and then the number 1918. See pics for details.
