It is in good / acceptable condition for the right person. The inside is clean with the exception on the back inside cover is a bit of writing at the bottom right side. It is staple bound. Conditional issues are moderate wear to the covers, general signs of aging with discoloration of the paper, light discolorations otherwise on the covers with signs of handling, use and wear.
