Effective September 1, 1951. Overall excellent condition, with no signs of actual use. Nice and flat covers, with no curling, rippling, or wrinkling. Interior is very clean, spotless and fresh. No writing, marks, stains, holes, ripples/wrinkles, dogeared corners, folds/creases, tears or discoloration.
