This is a Wabash Railroad dining car silver plated sugar bowl with lid. It is marked on the bottom WABASH INTERNATIONAL SILVER CO. SILVER SOLDERED 05024 8 OZ. 27 (in a square). It has some wear and light dings overall, but it is a hard railroad sugar bowl to find. It is 3 1/2 inches tall and 5 3/8 inches wide at the widest point with the handles. The lid closes tight.
