Woodland Scenics 4" Support Panels (4) ~ C1173. The support panels are made of extruded foam and designed to use as a strong, but lightweight terrain understructure. This can be cut easily with hot wire foam cutter (ST1435), foam knife (ST1433), scissors or hobby knife.
